"A quiet and uninteresting life," he says.

Maybe I'm the last to know about this, as about so many other things, but up until a few minutes ago I was totally unaware that Bob Mould has a blog. Really.

oh my god. i had no idea you had a blog. i'm a livejournal user, myself, and i was planning on writing about last night at kalx, when i confessed the crush i had on you as a 17-year-old schoolgirl.

well, i was actually a 17-year-old continuation high school drop-out.

too bad you didn't know me 15 years ago- i was a lot cuter back then!

How random that I read this today...I've had "See A Little Light" stuck in my head all morning. Thanks for passing on the info, Doc.

A huge fan of his, but now I'm completely put off by him. Anyone who thinks life in Iraq (a) isn't improving (for everyone but former Saddam loyalists), and more importantly (b) won't be much better is someone with an axe to grind. Yeah, there is bad stuff going on over there like the current car bombs indicate. But there is hope and progress... two things that were not available before or promised under Saddam's sons.
