MTX Up to Date Program

Here's a run down of upcoming shows, with a few more details thrown in. As far as I know, this is all accurate. As a few astute scenesters and fun-seekers have pointed out here and there, some of these venues don't have the shows listed on their websites. That's a drag, but it's partly owing to the fact that some of this stuff was set up more or less last-minute, I believe: I checked, and according to People in Charge, they are all happening. But let me know if you hear different, of course.

I know it sucks, but can't you come to Cincinnati for a show? It's that time of year when the weather is like Seattle, but warmer! So, you'll not miss your west coast environment, not will there be six feet of snow, like in Carolina. There is a cool place here called Bogarts http://www.bogarts.com that has great concerts. It's kind of big though, maybe the Blue Note would be better, it's a fav college as well as adult hangout http://www.bluenotecincinnati.com/ .

I saw you at Top Cats back in the Alcatraz tour and I know that probably soured your opinion on this city, but the world is built on second chances, no?

Come back to Sacramento, Dr. Frank! All the rest of your band-mates live here!

I really enjoyed your last show at the Boardwalk. I was glad you came over to hang with me and my sis.

We promise to do more "fancy dancing" if you come back soon!

You ever come to FLA? I would wax politics ALLLLL day long if you did.... Tampa preferably. Been listening for so many years, only been to one show. Help a brother out

Come on kids, say it with me 'mississippi'.
There are girraffes here, it will be an adventure.

samo has it right. mississippi is calling your name! our giraffes and penguins are calling, too.

Well, girraffes are cool and all, but we've got cows (Vermont). So, you should come here. Also, check out my band: www.soundclick.com/callic

How about a trip to Denver or better yet, Greeley, the town notorious for its consistent cow shit odor. So intense its an attraction in itself, its calling you. All of you.
