I can't tell if that's a bitter look at the past or just someone looking back and wishing they weren't so bitter when they were younger.
Either way, bitterness is super funny.

judging by the last column it looks like some kind of psychological counseling thingy. a friend of mine told me they had her do something similiar. that crazy pride and selfishness, can't we all do a bit better? interesting that the last sort of what am i going to do to move past it/learn from it/whatever is not filled.

Looks like an attempt at cognitive behavioural therapy. Thrown away in frustration because the final conclusion is always 'things happen and they effect you'.

I hope the therapy isn't blaming everyone else for your problems.

well....from what i understand about environmental influenced therapy, everyone is an influence, but you still have to own how you let that effect you. you can't say such and such was mean to me,so its they take the blame for why i'm this way... so be it. what needs to be said is that okay at the time i felt that way,but really i should learn to get over myself and deal.

I'm pretty sure it is someone working on the 4th step of AA.

Step 4. "Make a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves."

I don't know,it could be either or both, but the way its charted out it could just be ordinary therapy. standard from what little i know...

thing/environment>
has effects what are they>
what learned to do differently on part of person.

yada yada and so forth.

This girl is never going to be happy.

Maybe she should just find a good cyanide supplier and be done with it.

A 4th step, obviously, from a 12-step program of some kind- NA, AA, Al-Anon, CA, MA, TA, etc., etc. Why would someone crumple this up and lose it on the street to be posted to a website, unknowingly and probably without permission, is beyond me. She will be happy though. She's working her steps and making spiritual progress, in my opinion.
