Ba and ba are surely the same word. If they were recognised as such the 'ba' would take over the whole cloud. Scary.

Does it leave out certain words like "I" and "you"?

There's an option to "remove common words" (in a variety of languages) and I think it's the default.

I was thinking of "Can I Do the Thing", but I just noticed "can" is up there, and pretty small. I guess I'm not very good at this game.

Now this would be time consuming, but how fun would it be to have a single giant text cloud containing every word from MTX recorded history? I know "love," "future" and "baby" would be pretty well represented.
