I remember that a King Dork galley ended up on eBay a couple months prior to the official release date. Admittedly, I won it for like $5 or something.
The only difference between the galley & the official novel that I found disappointing was that Tom Henderson's hilarious definition of "tarot cards" was not included in the official version's glossary.
...and I always wondered why that was.
