Quote of the Day

From Ray Bradbury:

"Yahoo called me eight weeks ago,” he said, voice rising. “They wanted to put a book of mine on Yahoo! You know what I told them? ‘To hell with you. To hell with you and to hell with the Internet.’”

As ironic as it might be (considering the fact that I'm typing this), I agree with him.

Hell yeah, Ray. The guy who gave us 451 reasons to hate the projected future hates its actualization. Now THAT, is integrity.

Bradbury is turning into a crankier version of Andy Rooney as he ages. Remember a while back when he bitched out Michael Moore for "stealing" the title for Fahrenheit 9/11 from him? Hey Bradbury, you've done the same thing with your book titles. TWICE. (I Sing The Body Electric and Something Wicked This Way Comes)
