The More You See It on the Internet, the More it Seems Like it Kind of has to be True

Sony/Touchstone is a good place to go. I'm sad to see that authors have so little or in some cases no input into the movie versions of their works. As long as Bob and Harvey Weinstein don't get their grubby hands on it then everythig will be fine. I'm friends with a writer/director/producer that has had a long relationship with the Weinsteins and has found firsthand what everybody associated with them eventually finds out: they're in it for the money and the power. If somebody can be screwed, they will do it repeatedly with no remorse. They're very bad people who love to take advantage of good people.

I really hope this works out, Frank. It couldn't happen to a more deserving musician/author/all-around good guy. Just don't forget us little guys - I know you won't, which is what makes the possibility that much cooler.
