Look, when I was a kid they told us we were going to die because of acid rain and the hole in the ozone layer over the south pole. Before that, it was Global Cooling and DDT that were going to destroy the Earth. I was genuinely freaked out as an 8 year old about the hole in the ozone. Now? I haven't heard a thing about it in 25 years.

If you really think the Earth is getting hotter at an unprecedented and out of control rate and it's all because of SUVs and air conditioning then I guess you're just not as smart as I thought you were.
