Oh I love a good religious group

I saw this Paul Lynde Halloween Special on TV in 1976. I've heard people say it's the first appearance of KISS on TV, but I don't think that could possibly be correct. I spent a bit of time doing that demon calisthenic arm motion in front of the bathroom mirror, imagining that I'd do it on stage one day, but I don't think that ever actually happened.

My wife was in a band that did a blistering version of this song. I remember standing on the stairs at a packed house party in Bloomington, Indiana, the band was in the living room and the party was all noisy and no one paying attention as they set up. They start playing and I see every head in the house whip around, and as she starts singing, I see every head in the house start head jamming up and down. A memorable, magical rock-n-roll moment. She had them in the palm of her hand from that moment on. She sang it: Queen of the Night Time World, of course.

A boy in class used to spontaneously do the "tongue" thing. Like considerably... rather often. His desk was set apart from ours, because I guess he was a bit "overactive" so he was sent to a parochial school. '81 - or perhaps because this was his new religion ;)

Frank I'm interested to hear your opinion on the various "occupies." Particularly the one in your neck of the woods(Oakland.) I've been reading lots of scary stuff(maybe exaggerated about it.)
